Organic Bi-color Quinoa


  • Quinoa is available in different colors. Although they are the same grain, there are slight nutritional differences between red, black and white quinoa. Black and Red have slightly less protein per serving than white does but higher in fibre and when it comes to vitamins and minerals, the white makes a better choice. However, they all are considered a complete protein and excellent source of dietary fibre.
  • Red and black quinoa have stronger nutty & earthy aroma and crunchier than white quinoa, they can be steamed or cooked in a rice cooker but it takes longer time to cook red quinoa and especially black quinoa.
