STU CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL

by Chia Yulo December 22, 2014

Seasons Greetings from all of us at STU! We had a few apples left over from feeding a little reindeer so here's a quick cocktail recipe to help get you into the holiday spirit.
You Will Need:
One Ounce Bourbon (We used Maker's Mark)
One Ounce Elderflower Liqueur (We used St. Germain)
Four Ounces Apple Juice (Fresh, of course!)
A Few Drops of Angostura Bitters
Cinnamon Powder and Mint Leaves for Garnish
Lots of Ice
A Cocktail Shaker and Jigger Set
Get  a few fresh apples and throw them in a blender enough to make four ounces of fresh apple juice.
Pour into the cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Pour in an ounce of Bourbon...
...and an ounce of Elderflower Liqueur.
Add a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
Then shake, shake, shake until it gets so cold you can barely hold it.
Pour into glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with Mint Leaves and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon.
Sip and serve. Cheers!
Merry Christmas!!!
