Mens’ grooming is not just cool. It's necessary. First impressions last, and women notice everything -- hair growing where it shouldn't, ear wax, scraggly cuticles, long nails, and yes, too much perfume. If we can smell you from a mile away, we’d rather stay far far away. Grooming says a lot about a man, and if he’s your man... about you, too.
In everyday life, men are more exposed to the elements, thus more prone to blackheads, sun damage, and other skin problems. Help your man stick to a simple routine with products that not only maintain proper cleanliness but ensures an indulgent and pleasurable experience for him.
Step One : Cleanse
Wash face daily with a mild cleanser or an exfoliating wash once or twice a week. Do this in the shower to save time. Dry face.
Step Two : Shave
Rub a pre-shave oil or shaving cream on to protect skin and prepare facial hair. Make sure to use a clean razor and shave with the grain. No matter how tempting it is, don’t go against it as you'll be more prone to stubble and ingrown hairs. Rinse and pat dry.
Step Three : Moisturize and Protect
To sooth skin, immediately apply about a pea-sized amount of after-shave balm or a moisturizer with SPF all over face and neck then, follow with an eye cream. Tap it on using your ring finger to avoid tugging this delicate area. Rub a moisturizing lip balm on to heal cracked lips and protect them from the elements.
Step Four : Hair Care and Fragrance
Scoop out some hair pomade and use as desired. It’s best to get a little at a time so you don’t end up with a lot of excess product on you hair that dries in small bits and clumps. Just add as you go along. Lastly, spray a bit of cologne on and you’re good to go.
