TOP 10 Beauty Series | Lia Ramos

There is nothing sexier than a strong, smart, successful woman. A perfect example would be Glamourbox CEO, Lia Andrea Ramos. We are delighted to have her for this month's TOP 10 Beauty Series as this is a momentous time in her life - she will be walking down the aisle in just a few weeks!

Lia shares her beauty journey: "My interest for beauty products stemmed from my days as a beauty queen (Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2006). Prior to that I knew nothing about makeup! I was exposed to various makeup techniques and discovered how fun it was to highlight features, conceal flaws or completely transform a look. My beauty discovery continued during my days as a model and to this day, I enjoy experimenting with both known and unknown beauty brands."

I met Lia a few years ago when we worked together for a major luxury launch event. Little did we know that we would now be sharing our passion for beauty together. Here are her favorite picks:

1) PHILOSOPHY Amazing Grace EDT

When my mom started using this fragrance years ago, I found myself using the product as well! I love its fresh and powdery scent, perfect for everyday use. I use the body cream as well for a lasting effect.

2) JACK BLACK Lip Balm

There are tons of lip balms in the market and this is one of the best balms in the market. Moisturizes lips all day, great for trips to places with colder climates.

3) AVEDA Color Conserve Conditioner

Recently, I had my hair treated using Aveda Hair Color and to maintain the vibrance of my color-treated hair, I use Aveda Color Conserve Conditioner. Love how this plant-infused product keeps my hair soft and shiny.

4) EYE OF HORUS Goddess Mascara

My everyday mascara for the last 3 years! I noticed less lash fall, plus my lashes have grown longer after continued use. The natural oils in the product nourish the lashes, making the hair strands stronger. Plus It's so easy to remove! Bye-bye racoon eyes from leftover mascara in the morning!

5) OFRA Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in 'Mocha'

Matte nude is totally in this season and Ofra Mocha is my go-to nude shade for everyday use. I prep my lips with a balm 15 minute prior to using the product. Then I use the Ofra Nude lip liner before applying the lipstick for an even longer lasting effect.

6) PIXI Mesmerizing Mineral Palette

This 5-shade palette is all you need for a beautiful, natural everyday look. This palette is very pigmented and has the basic earth colors you need.

7) EYE OF HORUS Brow Define Pencil in "Husk"

This Brow Define retractable pencil is highly pigmented, a little goes a long way. I can easily fill in my brows for a well-defined shape and it comes with a spooly on the opposite end to help blend the product.

8) PIXI Glow Mist

Quick pick-me-up product for an instant glow! I spritz it on before putting on makeup or just to refresh in the middle of the day. It has 13 natural oils that keep skin moisturized and the best part is, it doesn't feel or look oily on the skin at all!

9) POP BEAUTY Nail Glam in 'Bare Tease'

This is a classic nude shade that fits all skin tones. I'm all about nudes at the moment and this is my go-to nude nail polish!

10) AMAZING MAUI BABE Browning Lotion

The sun may not be a woman's best friend but in times of fun in the sun, I always bring with me this browning lotion for a gorgeous golden goddess tan!
