Rental FAQs

Can I mix and match items from different settings?

The table settings are not customizable. 

 How far in advance do I have to place my order?

All orders must be placed through the website at least seven (7) days prior to your event.

When will I receive my order?

The items will be delivered 48 hours before your event date.

When do I return my order?

All pieces from the table settings must be returned within two days after your event.

How do I return my order?

1) Clean the plates, cutlery and glassware. No need to wash the linens.  

2) Repack and close the box the settings arrived in.

3) Book a Grab Express and send the items back to: 5/F Multipurpose Hall, Joya South Tower, Rockwell Center, Makati City, Philippines.

Can I modify my order?

For last-minute changes to your order, please email wecare@seektheuniq.com

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, though there are no guarantees once the items have been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel thirty or more days in advance of the delivery date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than thirty days but more than fourteen days in advance of the delivery date, you will not receive any refund, but you will receive full store credit. This credit can be applied to any future rental. You may not cancel fourteen or fewer days in advance of the delivery date.

Please note that we cannot offer cancellation if payment has been made through credit card. We will offer store credit instead. 

BREAKAGE AND LATE FEE QUESTIONS 

What if my order arrives with broken items?

If there are any broken dishes or glassware, please email wecare@seektheuniq.com to notify us as soon as you receive your package. We will send you new items as soon as possible.

What if items accidentally break while in my possession?

Please email the items and photos if applicable to wecare@seektheuniq.com for review on a case by case basis. Charges for the items at cost may occur. 

What happens if I return my rental late?

A fee of P1,000 will be charged to the credit card used to rent the settings for every day that you are late. If you have not returned the settings within ten days of the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and we will charge your payment card the maximum late fee.

How much does shipping and return shipping cost?

This delivery cost will depend on the projected price by Grab Express.
